Jorge Portilla offers minimum rate for land use licenses in Tulum

The purpose is to guarantee that families build a heritage

“In the citizens' government we are going to put a minimum fee for land use and construction licenses for consideration by the Council so that families can build or expand a house and make the constitutional right of citizens to have a home a reality. heritage,” expressed the candidate for the municipal presidency of Tulum for the Citizen Movement, Jorge Portilla.

During a house-to-house visit he made in the Guerra de Castas subdivision, he told the neighbors that it is necessary for “the voice of the citizens to become the government, it is necessary to be united, so that together we can build the greatness of Tulum based on the victory that we will achieve on June 2.”

The Orange Movement standard bearer stated that effectively, since there is no tariff in Tulum, building a house becomes a luxury “and that cannot be, we all have the right to build a heritage for our children. In the humanist and citizen government we are going to ask the Council to approve a rate of three thousand pesos for expansions.”

He said that he will agree with the College of Engineers and Architects to help sign the construction projects, since the cost must be reduced so that families live better and in conditions of well-being.

The citizens, the candidate expressed, complained about the insecurity, the terrible municipal services and the abandonment of the small parks in the subdivision.
